Keep Your Property In The Family – Workshop In ENY To Show You How

On Saturday, January 28th and Saturday, February 4th, from 10 1m to 2 pm at the New Lots Library, East New York Restoration LDC and Bridge Street Development Corporation are presenting a 2-part workshop series on keeping property in the family.  “Preparation for the Next Generation” is for current homeowners and their heirs to learn what important steps you can take immediately to transfer your homeownership responsibilities so the accumulated wealth of your home stays in the family.

A team of professionals, including an Estate Planner, a Property Manager, a Housing Counselor, a representative from Legal Services and a Homeowner Insurance Agent, will be available at these workshops.
