Councilwoman Inez Barron’s Resolution for Special Elections Passes Unanimously

The City Council passed a resolution that calls on Gov. Andrew Cuomo to hold special elections for the many vacant Assembly and Senate seats in the NY State legislature. Council Member Inez Barron, of the 42nd district, whose 60th AD seat was also vacated, introduced the resolution and it received an unanimous “I” vote.  We will wait to see what Governor Cuomo comes back with on this very important issue.  See the Video below:
